When you are an entrepreneur you have to go and find your people.
What I am talking about is as entrepreneurs we are doing things that most people are not willing to do or they are not comfortable doing. We are pursuing opportunities that they think are crazy, and we are taking risks that they may think are crazy.
The worst thing is you are around the wrong people that are not emotionally healthy themselves. They are going to try to bring you down. They are going to try and bring you to their comfort level.
And that could be a very hard thing as an entrepreneur.
Particularly, that could be something is definitely difficult when those people are ones you really love and the ones that are trying to pull you down to earth and to their perspective.
That is really holding you back.
You have to be deliberate on finding the right people for you, and from my experience those are entrepreneurs.
So go surround yourself with other entrepreneurs.
